Initiate Your Request
Log into your Focus account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your item and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
