In addition to TTL flashes, the system can fire non-TTL flashes and studio strobes from up to 328 feet away with the help of proper sync cords (not included).
Interchangeable Transceivers
The Vivitar FT-2900 system consists of 2 interchangeable transceivers. Use one to attach to the on-camera hot shoe and the other for the compatible flash unit. The FT-2900 offers 7 wireless channels and 3 flash control group designations - A, B or C.
Trigger Flash Units and Studio Lights
The FT-2900 transceivers can trigger off-camera flash units and studio lights. This system provides photographic freedom and lighting creativity.
