Rokinon adds a new 14mm T3.1 Ultra Wide-Angle Cine DSX lens to its recently introduced Cine DSX lens series. The DSX 14mm Lens produces sharply defined images with minimal distortion and chromatic aberrations and utilizes seven specialized elements, including one Aspherical, three High Refractive Index, one Hybrid Aspherical, and two Extra-Low Dispersion lenses. DSX lenses were developed to support the increased capabilities of DSLR, Mirrorless, and Cinema camera systems, and are an excellent choice for all types of filmmakers. The lens mount is weather sealed and is compatible with Sony E mount cameras.

The DSX 14mm T3.1 offers a compact and sleek design with a matte black finish and a rounded nine-blade aperture that renders soft, creamy circular bokeh. It also features a built-in petal-shaped lens hood and a wider focusing gear that is more comfortable when pulling focus by hand. It boasts a dramatic 115.7-degree Full Frame and 98.4-degree Super35 rectilinear view and comes packed with Rokinon’s Cine DSX features.
