Meprolight’s M21 Day/Night Illuminated Reflex Sight provides all-light aiming without the need for batteries. The M21’s large 30mm diameter lens provides parallax-free aiming for quick target acquisition even when you have both eyes opened. The scope’s self-illumination is achieved through a fiber optic light collection system during daytime use and a tritium gas light source at night. Because the scope’s light source is always on and self-sustaining, there are no switches or buttons to deal with and no batteries to go dead. Additionally, transitions between the two systems are seamless and based on how much ambient light is available. This particular model features an X shaped reticle, but bullseye, triangle, 4.3 MOA and 5.5 MOA reticle patterns are available as well. Installation of the M21 scope is quick and easy. It attaches to your rifle using a quick-release Picatinny rail mount. The M21 scope is designed to work in cooperation with a second magnifying scope mounted behind it for even stronger magnification and accuracy.
