UTG Recon 360 TL M LOK Matte Black Bipod with 5.8 to 7.1 Inch Center Height

UTG Recon 360 TL M LOK Matte Black Bipod with 5.8 to 7.1 Inch Center Height

As the name implies, the UTG Recon 360 TL Bipod in Matte Black features a smooth 360-degree panning capability with the addition of 15-degree forward, rearward, left, and right tilt. Panning and tilting tension is adjustable by the end-user to fine-tune the desired amount of resistance and feedback required to pan and tilt the bipod. Tension adjustment is made quick and easy with a centrally located throw lever at the base of the bipod's mount. The throw lever is not only user friendly, but user serviceable and can be readjusted over time as the bipod wears in. Suitable for different long gun applications, the Recon 360 TL bipod is available in adjustable 5.8 to 7.1-inch center-height and in the M-LOK mount configuration. The readjustable tension adjustment lever is user serviceable and optimizes the applied tension with the lever's throw distance and positioning. The bipod has a durable aircraft aluminum construction finished in a matte black anodization and is patented under US PAT. D758522.

Fine-Tune Adjustment

The tension adjustment throw lever is user friendly and serviceable being re-adjustable over time. While holding the lever in place, use a T15 Torx wrench to remove the screw and lever cap. Pull the lever out and rotate the exposed hex nut clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease the amount of tension applied by the lever. Reinstall lever to test lever tension. We recommend adjusting until max tension is achieved when the lever points straight down. With max tension achieved, reinstall the lever with it pointing straight down. Using the T15 Torx wrench, reinstall the lever cap and screw. Recommended torque value is 15-in-lbs.

Versatile Panning and Tilting

Get smooth 360-degree planning with additional 15-degree forward, rearward, left, and right tilt. The tension adjustment throw lever is user friendly and serviceable being re-adjustable over time. Press down and hold the Posi-lock release. Turn the bipod leg to the desired position, releasing the Posi-lock once done to lock the bipod leg into place. To position the legs to face rearward and away from the muzzle rotate the base along its panning axis 180 degrees.

Lockable and Adjustable Center Height

The tension adjustment throw lever is user friendly and serviceable being re-adjustable over time. Make sure the Locking Thumb Wheel is fully released by turning it counter-clockwise. Extend the bipod leg by pulling it out of the leg housing. Set it at any of the pre-cut extension notches. Tighten the Locking Thumb Wheel by turning it clockwise to lock the leg. To retract the bipod leg, loosen the Locking Thumb Wheel first. Press down the Leg Retraction Clamp before you push the extended leg upward into the housing.
